We had really warm weather in January and February which are usually very cold months below zero....but instead we sent our cold weather down to the lower 48 states and enjoyed 30 and 40 degree days. The Moose who normally live in town during winter went up onto the hillsides around Anchorage. But we just had a snowstorm this weekend dumping up to 3 feet or more of snow on the hillside so today I saw several moose back in town...
