In my case it was not hackers. It was clearly a system/process failure.

The ordered item did not turn up. After I managed to let A know I received 2! After I sent one back they said it never turned up!

The irony is that A is usually not cheaper.

I use soft neoprene pouches with a drawstring, except for my Sigma 10-20 EX which came with a purpose built case. Currently using Neewer brand.

When I have to travel (once upon a time! ) with a lens in a suitcase I often wrap a lens with fine plastic bubble wrap or foam held in place with a rubber band and then put the lens in a cut down plastic soft drink bottle or similar. This is a virtually weightless "skin" that offers protection.

How much did you pay for it?

One digital photo on the way past from the coffee shop-a fair price for a look.

Nice set.

Thank you. Taken with a Pentax K-50 except for the red leaves which was an OLY OM 10-II.

Perhaps this oldie just needs some WD 40, new rubber and some paint to be off and running!

Especially liked the way you composed the third image contrasting light and dark on the diagonals and the landforms accentuated in the middle - really captured your subject well.

Must get out there myself soonish - wildflowers with the rain?

There's something most people don't know about those little birds. They can COUNT. If you have a large cage and put two of them together...male/female, 2 females, 2 males OR put 5 or more together, they will be fine, but if you put 3 or 4 together, the strongest one (usually a male) will kill the others and usually die himself from the struggle. Odd but true. For instance, if a pair has 2 babies, you have to take the babies out as soon as they are able to eat on their own (usually 3 weeks), but if they have 3 babies, all are safe.
There's something most people don't know about tho... (show quote)

A bit weird. Thanks.

My Pentax with 16mp sensor produces jpeg about 7 MB on average. If I know I have a limit I set the jpeg quality lower. Interestingly my wife's OLY with 16mp produces jpegs which are more like 9MB on average. As said there is variation depending on the image detail and colour.
