I am saying, have said in other threads, those still awaiting trial for the January 6th riot should be released either on bail or on their own recognizance. As an attorney you should be agreeing with me because that is what is called for in the Constitution, is it not? Aren't citizens to be given a fair trial and in a TIMELY manner? Now CERTAINLY, as an attorney (are you REALLY) you are aware of that and should also be demanding it.

You should be embarrassed that you do not know that bail is not a right and there are several reasons for pretrial detention. And all those who are denied bail are afforded due process and the judge decides.Got it genius? This is as interesting as your commentary gets because it brings us back to my original point. How is it that you know more than the judge-not having seen the evidence, the briefs or the motions? It is a mystery.The only rational explanation is that you do not understand the topic. Prove me wrong.
Do yourself a favor. Do just a tiny bit of research on why people can be lawfully denied bail.Then see if any of those conditions apply to the 15 or so defendants awaiting trial in jail. It would do you some good to know hat you are talking about before barfing out some half-baked BS.
