I always love it when the motion of the tide and the morning clouds appear to converge on the Horizon....

Pretty nice. But it's awful hard to tell if they are or are not pelicans if that's important.

If you check download and lookt at picture in large size you can tell and the client wants this in a 60" x 30" format...

Shot this picture over a year ago and finally got around to processing it... I was searching old files while looking for Pelicans in flight in a long formation for a new client....Client is looking for large piece 60' x 30" with bright colors....This just might fit ....I hope...

Yes, red is so hard - and to print even harder, as said above. So I have to ask: Does this match the actual flower? It's a beautiful red, but does it match? I found that if I go to a minus EV, sometimes red comes through better.

In this case yes it matched...I tend to always shoot negative exposure I feel it gives me better control developing raw files to what I think my eyes actually saw in the shot.

The fine granular texture of the leaves gives an enjoyable visual feel. Composition style and placement are excellent.

The only trivial suggestion, at the right border 75% up, there is a background leaf tip that goes into the edge and muddles the definition of main forward leaf... a little cloning and it is gone.

I totally agree thanks for the suggestion....
