It was just a bunch of trial and error until I got the look that I wanted.

I work as a maintenance man for Shenango McDonald's here in New Castle, Pa. I also run my own DJ business (15+ years)...damn time goes by fast...lol. My maintenance job is a steady midnight job, which I love. Photography is my passion, along with creating art in one form or other.

Thanks...working with images really is an outlet for me. Takes me away from the day to day.

You got the skillz bro! That's all that really matters. If you don't - any fancy hard or software wouldn't make much difference. Photoshop is the way to go for you!

Lightroom is mostly what the 'old-fashioned darkroom' used to be (with a lot more bells and whistles though). It is also a very well developed data base to organize your image collection(s).

I could have sworn you are a Photoshop pro and I think that that's a good thing and that's what you are going to be.

I wish I could afford Photoshop and Lightroom...lol Actually I use a couple different programs: "Smart Photo Editor" and "Microsoft Digital Image 2006". I often switch back and forth between the two. Just go with my gut feeling on most images I work on. Love to create outside the box. I appreciate the kind words. I hope to someday get a copy of Lightroom, looks like a fantastic program.
