I love old, "lost" shots to process 👑

I do too. I am often delighted to find some old pictures that I had forgotten about.

Thanks, Jo, I started taking shots just to share them with my wife when we got home. It has grown since then.

I'm sure she feels blessed when she sees them.
I'm sitting here wondering why I typed "past" them up! Yay! I still hold the title of World Grand Champion Typo Queen!!!!

Great description but you left out nutty.

Big daddy sick? We need to check his temperature! He also left out wacky, funny, goofy and crazy.

So cool, like the curling garlic I posted last week. We sure need more vegetables that can walk or dance

Good work Joe. I have never seen these before. Are they edible? Too pretty to eat!

I'm a retired high school band director living in Barrackville WV. I'm a victim of rotating hobbies. At this point in time I'm back to photography. I use Nikon cameras and like to shoot most anything I find interesting. Lately it has been small birds and blooms as that is what is mostly around these days.

Stink Bug and an Ant on a leaf.

Welcome Tom. Warning! This place is addictive! Enjoy!

I'm OLD (Mono pod & Tripod stages) (lol) However, I sill love the action! Very fortunate, during the Mid 70's, while working in NYC, to learn of SoHo Photo Foundation and join their group! They were kind of in "Start Up" stage at that time! Their growth has been Phenomenal! It was a wonderful experience! I met some really Nice folks! And enjoyed some incredible shared expertise. I even had a couple of "Spotlight Series" showings. I am NOT a Professional photographer! Nor, Claim to be! I have a passion which truly is important (only to ME) & My loved ones! I have utilized many different cameras & Len's....I Loved TLR's, tripod, but have retired from same using them since I no longer have the freedom of my own darkroom. DSLR's are Now the name of my game. Some folks preach "Full Frame"! and that's fine! I simply use, what works for and suits Me Period!~and it makes me Happy! End of Story! I do Like shooting old "Stuff" ~Barns & Buildings & whatever! And a few landscapes & seascapes, Dogs & Kitty's, ~People-Not so much! I may post a few "Oldies" from time to time~ But, my Prime interest is viewing the works of others! And, this Site has them! Onward & Upward."Shalom" Richard

Just as a precaution, I hope you have fire alarms throughout your house, esp. considering its age. We just had a new house built 2 1/2 years ago and I think we've got about 11 that were required by code, and they are LOUD!!!! No sleeping through those!!! Take care and stay safe!!!

Thanks Steve. I do. My son and daughter-in-law keep me in smoke alarms, computers, cell phones, printers, printer ink, make-up, perfume, outdoor cameras connected to theirs so they can see when I am up and about every morning from their house 8 blocks away, door and window alarms and doorbells that play whacky songs and they take me out to eat 2 or 3 times a week. I'm pretty well fixed.

Edit: My front door bell plays the traditional the Avon Calling sound. My back door bell plays "The William Tell Overture" (Lone Ranger theme song).

I hate to see people run away from the very same things they will find no matter where they wind up.
I hope that wherever you land, you can enjoy the good, scroll past the bad and realize that the same kind of people will greet you wherever you go.
There is no perfect place in this world.
Best wishes.

I hope you had your camera with you in those places
For me, since I'm likely stopped anyway looking at my Rand McNally, I'd prefer just running over her several times.
