We conserved, lived with intense rationing, bought War Bonds, raised gardens, worked the factories and fields. And intensely supported our troops !!!! How things changed when the Korean War came along (1951 -- 1959) and even more as our leftists bitched at the men who did the fighting in the Vietnam War, and, like Clinton, traitorously ran across the border to Canada.

Even today, far too many easily accept the freedom preserved by the few, while despising and obstructing them and our World's finest representative Democracy. Gutless and traitorous leftists and Muslimists and Communists and Socialists.
