I was there in film days and used Kodachrome. Saw filelds of tulips with a windmill over near the canal. Also many homes with very lovely front yard flower gardens that were formed to make pictures. It was in May. A little cool but lots of blooms/bulbs. This was near Amsterdam.
She looks very content. Not spoiled, just getting what she deserves. Mine are the same way. On another note, what brand is the trials bike in your avatar?
Linda, I guess that what made me think of a beach scene was what looked like a sandy beach, and then water, with the mountains in the back ground. If it was my side of the Cascades it could have been standing rain water. Over all I liked the picture with the bird best. Thanks for sharing.
I am using Pentax K3, had a K10, which took a tumble, my fault. Have a K50 as a backup. Started in the seventies with a Honeywell Pentax. Have Canon and Olympus point and shoots, Olympus waterproof for kayaking. Have tried others and just like the feel of the Pentax.
I got to spend it with my great granddaughter (9) watching her open a lot of presents. My wife got a electric quilt pattern cutter. I got a nice carbon fiber monopod, and focusing rail. I did not get a full moon shot. Rain and overcast :?
It is very apparent from the pictures posted that you can't capture bunnies, cats, or birds. You must spend mega bucks on lenses, and equipment. NOT, Or you can just go out and have fun. Have a Happy Holiday season.
Nice postings for a difficult setting. I was drawn to #1, but also thought #3 was the best. I you do post processing on them you might be able make them a lot better. Many people here who could help.
