I have the aw 202,i am looking at a bigger bag now,my 7d with 70-200 and two other lens is a little snug,i like the sling
strap,very easy to walk around with it,thinking about one big bag to hold all my junk and keep the sling for shoots,

i have the 1.4 and love it,feels heavier and better built
then the 1.8,i use it on my close ups for custom cabinetry

I agree,just pick it up,I have big hard hands from working
construction for many years,i love my canon 50d,it,s solid

I would check out the canon 70-300 IS usm
i had this lens,did a great job, you can find on line for around $300. good luck
