Exilled for 2 weeks in warm, humid Florida.
This old house was when I last photographed it 5 years ago was about to fall over. The foundations had rotted away. It is in Space City, Titusville, one of the most depressed cities on the coast and home to Kennedy Space Center.
The pictures were taken for Tilde531, she made demands on me!! to take them under threat of a beating from the impliment in the Spank my Monkey post at the weekend.

It is easy to practice gratitude in these parts. There are days throughout the winter when the light will simply not allow you to take a bad picture.

A Maranda SLR, got it in 1962, it survived two years in the West African rainforests but was stolen when I lived on Haights St in 1967. Replaced it with this Nikon F. It still works and so do the three good prime Nikor lens I use with my new dslr, a Nikon D5100.
