I know you can read, I am speaking of the first investigation when the FBI said she was extremely careless. Here listen and pay attention.

Quit taking left wing sites like Politico as gospel truth (right wing sites are just as bad).

Are you talking about the latest laptop emails? Cause you didn't read those, did you?

Six hundred thousand emails under security protection, classified. And you read them?

Hell, the FBI hasn't read them yet.

Read what I wrote, "I made my conclusions after reading the law and what the FBI said was contained in the emails." This is from their first investigation when they chose not to indict her. I never claimed to have read all of the emails.

Opus's opinion is exactly why potential jurors are so carefully examined. Opus has found quilt without evidence.

I made my conclusions after reading the law and what the FBI said was contained in the emails. I examined the evidence (as it was available to me) and drew my conclusions from that. It's okay for people to disagree but your statement that I found guilt without evidence is false.

Individual owners do not make the choice of who a paper endorses, it is usually done by the editorial board (except in Citizen Kane). People don't really care what candidates newspapers endorse. In fact 80% of the voter in this country don't even care who the candidates are, they just vote for the same party over and over again. Our system of government and the freedom to vote is taken much too lightly. People should exercise their voting rights with caution and by educating themselves, not by what some newspapers think.

It is a lame excuse for not understanding where this country is going or where it should be going.
I don't respect it

Well then you don't get it. You have the freedom to vote for what you believe is right, not just because somebody can win.

Just where do you think either one of the major candidates will lead us?

Somebody once told me that they were going to vote for Jimmy Carter because their family always voted Democrat and that is what 80% of the people do, vote for one party over and over. Perhaps when we start to look outside the big two parties we will finally find some solutions to our problems. Otherwise we are just voting for more of the same.

If both candidates are flawed, should not a voter support the one who is in alignment with his/her political and social beliefs?
There are serious differences between the messages and agendas of the two parties. It is not a high school popularity contest. Good God--wake up and read something!
Not "good for you"!

If you know, feel, suspect that either one of the major party candidates will be a train wreck if elected voting third party is a protest against a failed two party system. Voting for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. It is not up to you or me to criticize a persons vote. You can respect it even if you don't agree.

I couldn't decide between Hillary or Trump who was the most trustworthy and honest. I Really don't want either one in the Oval Office. Hillary gets in there and when she leaves she take everything with her like she tried to do that last time. In the meantime open up the borders even wider than they are now and let every terrorist in with open arms. Trump gets in there and who know what he is going to say (he sure doesn't) to Putin or some other foreign leader and start another big hoopra. We don't need that either. So I voted my conscience and went for Evan McMullen. He probably won't win but I'll feel a lot better about my vote.

Trump destroyed emails. Trump is being investigated (according to leaks from the FBI) to having links to the Russian mob. Trump, having flip-flopped on most of his "positions" has never done so concerning Russia. Even tho Trump is Orange, he's a Red.

Hillary is operating with the FBI Director Comey being very much against her and putting his his thumb heavily on the scale of justice but hopefully, he will be gone soon. Plus, Trump nonstop lies about Hillary and her positions, she has a lot working against her but it seems pretty even.

And you are saying all of this to me because????? I didn't comment on Trump, I was just addressing the OP's question.

Read the OP's original post, she did destroy emails that would come under those statutes. What was on them may never be fully known. As I stated this is my opinion, not a statement of fact.
