Sorry, Michael~no songs come to mind...only because your images are SOooo exceedingly striking...that my mind is totally wrapped around the 'visual', minus the 'auditory'! *Some of the very best 'art-enhancements', I've seen on UHH (and I've seen a lot)!:> 'CyberDave'

Straight photography has its place as does the impression of what is real.
It is just another venue. My more recent photographs are straight even though
I found it interesting what ideas came to mind while working in the other

Very nice~enhancement! *I'm certainly a 'very strong' advocate, of your impressions, regarding:> photographs coupled with art-style applications. And yes, I think... another 'venue' should be considered and realized!:>

It is amazing what a much higher speed lens can do. I have been working on focus and settings to figure out how to best us my prime 24. It is hard to get past the old settings of a much slower lens (f3.5). but man it is fun doing it. I just can't get over the NO noise.
These have to be downloaded to see all of the stars but they are so much smoother than my old photos.

One word~"Remarkable"
One can only imagine, what will come forth...once you get it all settled-in~the 'Zone'!:>

Just an observation.

As folks age- get older, they tend to become ignored more and more as time progresses- it's called ageism. This pertains to family, business associates, friends and foes alike. The folks that continue to communicate with you are your REAL friends so it is wise to value their friendship and try too maintain it. As for the others? Well- it seems cruel or nasty but the words "good riddance" may apply.

SOME of the activities behaviors and reactions that go down on online forums and social media in genera, are the grist for the mills of those studying abnormal psychology. To my rather unsophisticated way of thinking, much of this is just juvenile and unkind behavior dispensed by folks who simply have no manners or sense of decorum. The "ignore" list? perhaps that's more appropriate for junior high school kids, not serious adults!

I do enjoy a certain amount activity of social media and the odd forum but some things have to be taken "with a grain of salt" and done in moderation. It's especially nice when folks can get together and have a civil conversation, even about contentious matters, exchange ideas, suggest solution and get along. That's part of the learning and sharing process.

Sometimes being ignored yields peace, quite solitude, and privacy. We all can use a little of those things
Just an observation. br br As folks age- get olde... (show quote)

By the logic of this post, you appear to think we should sell cigarettes to minors. If it were only 40 year old women who thought makeup could make them look like a supermodel, I doubt anyone would care.

As a dad of a, now 24 year old, drop dead gorgeous girl (who has gotten past this stage), young girls and teen girls evaluate themselves - hard - against these doctored images. You can tell them that those women don’t even actually look like the pictures till you are blue in the face, they won’t get it. This spawns self-image issues, eating disorders, cutting, drug use and other maladies in these young, impressionable girls. IOW, it is destructive. It is also, to a degree, controllable and that is what CVS is attempting to do.

My daughter, healthy, happy and fortunately past thinking the pics are real.
