Nice set. Enjoy your new camera.
Thanks kpmac, I think I will.

Nice. I really like the lighting in number 4
Thanks jkfrankum, I agree.
Thanks LWW, don't really know why the lighting was so good, I was shooting upwards almost towards the sun. I can't believe the flash would fill in and I do not remember closing the flash after the shot. But like you and jkfrankum, I also believe it was the best.
Took some pics the other day with my new Nikon D5600. Most of these are SOOC.

Nice shot. I own a D5000 just for the articulating live view screen. Old knees and stiff back thank me for buying it every time I make a ground level shot. It works great when I'm doing photo copy work too.
I feel your pain CPO, I've got the bad knees also. So yes the articulating screen I have found is a must.

The common name is "Tiger Lilly". Lilium lancifolium. Very nice capture.
Thanks, SpyderJan for your nice comment and for the name of the flower.
Nikon dangled the carrot by having the sale for Fathers day, and Mothers day for that matter. I have a P900 that I love, but it is what it is. I also have a D3000 that I picked up at a pawn shop for my first DSLR. I really do love the LIVE screen that the D3000 does not have and with my eyesight and glasses, I just have a hard time focussing anything through the EVF. Back to the sale, GAS attack, I bought the Nikon D5600 from Sam's Club with the standard 2 kit lens, Nikon carry bag, extra Nikon battery and Nikon's 2 years extended warranty. 3 years of total warranty.
So I was coming home from work the other day and saw a bunch of flowers in front of the county office building. I stopped and took a bunch of pics. I like this one the most.
Good pictures, looks like you are having fun kid. No DOWNLOAD????????
They are all great, but I really like #7, the one that could not swim.
Looks like a rocky outcrop of a mountain. I finally saw the fly. Good shot.
It has been VERY hot in middle Georgia the past couple of weeks. I have had a hard time keeping the flowers watered. Did I mention that it has been hot... and with no rain in the past month. Any how, I was watering the other night when I got home from work and saw this rose. Ran and got the first camera I could get out of the car. Hope you like it.
The red rose is from a few weeks ago.

Fantastico, your camera takes beautiful pictures. What I mean to say is, you really know how to operate the machine that is in your hands. Super great captures. Thanks.
