Pg. 12 These two are among the great shots this week.
Wow! Thanks so much, Photogirl27. I appreciate that a lot.
I have it and love it. Had it for about 2-3 years. Made some nice photos. Use it for macro and portraits. Go for it! Hereâs a sample shot.
A great lens and a great deal! I have that Lee s and love it.
Really nice. Great composition!
I like the second one best. The down-low angle really zings. Love the saturated colors, too. Oh, and it’s just over 2200 miles. I think someone mistakenly typed a 3 instead of a 2. I’m in Grandville, Michigan, just a few miles north of Byron Center!
What are these? Awesome shot. I would crop out the leaf on the right. It adds nothing, and it distracts. Way to go.
The bird’s eye is sharp. Thus, you nailed it as is! To improve, follow above suggestion.
The pose in #2 is my favorite. The crop of the first is my favorite. Also note that you exposed for the deer in #2 and #3, which work better. So, what to do? I would try cropping the second one, and bring up the exposure of the deer only in the first. Post processing is where one makes his or her photos better, and these suggestions, I hope, will accomplish just that. Nice captures.
Love the black background. Really pops the lichens. Nice shooting.
Yes, I would zoom in to the birds and expose for them, not the background. If you don’t have a zoom lens, still focus and expose for the birds only, then crop out the background, especially the power lines. Keep practicing!
Impressive! Love the details.

The third one is a terrific composition! Nice and sharp and lively. I love it.
