I've been playing with Triptychs in Photoshop and here is one I thought came out OK.

RAW is not an image file, it is, as the name implies, raw data so it would contain all of the dynamic range of the sensor.
Not being an image file, it is not viewable, but must be converted to a file format such as JPEG.
The short answer is, sort of 'yes' but it is because of the limitations of JPEG.
The admin & moderators are the same thing as far as I know. FB calls them admin.
'private' is a setting you select when creating the page.
In a group I help admin, we use private messaging for communicating amongst the admins and we post photos, Etc. like everyone else.
You can create a group in chat (PM).
I don't think you can have two different ways of posting to make the admin post anonymous.
I don't know much about Instagram but I don't think it would serve for what you want to do.
