The red and green lines are the navigation lights of a jet that flew through the frame.
Try upping the ISO to 1600. October 30th is the new moon.
Low light photography is challenging. The big dipper is clearly visible. I like it, thank you!
Beautiful bird, thank you.
Craig I would be very interested to know the steps you took to get the background so dark.
So sorry for your loss. May God comfort you and your loved ones.
Jerry you are a kind generous man.
Jerry I hope you don't mind me posting this since it's in the same vein.
Now with the Sigma 150-600, forgive my cropping ability but keep the constructive criticism coming.
Thank you and thanks for the constructive criticism, I do appreciate it.
I used the Bulb setting and just opened the shutter and walked away. Nothing special about the number of seconds other than wanting a short, medium and long exposure. Three shots were taken this was the longest one. I am just beginning to use Adobe Lightroom so very new to PP and am experimenting. I haven't ever stacked images so long exposures are the thing now.
Good for you, enjoy it in good health.
