Interest bit of history that current times bring relative to our world!
We have an octagon barn in nearly San Luis Obispo CA, built in the 1860's. Before we moved to the area we had never seen one or even knew of one.
Here's a link:

The second image is really good. The rocks and foliage distract from the waterfall in the first or vice versa.
Could be in Southern California...even the e\weather fits! Great series. I can't recall ever seeing a 37? Chevy sedan pick-up in the USA, though.
The ALL TIME best image of a fisherman I have seen posted on UHH!
I found best prices at MPB for both buying and selling and have excellent experiences with both KEH and B&H. I recommend any of them.
A good summary image for the 21st Century!
Looks like you found it! Great job! Thanks for sharing.
We live on the Central Coast, the replacement sky in your last image could very well be one of ours on a stormy day.
La NiƱa has changed our weather this year, so lots of sunny days and only two rain storms rigs season, both at night!
Black frames work well with your images. Fine by me!
RichKenn is correct. That is the classic California Division of Highways (now CalTrans) bridge structure. I cross the current US101 bridge (not shown) every time I drive (several times a year) from the Central Coast to Orange County and return. I worked as an Engineering Aide at The Division of Highways every summer while I was attending Engineering (EE) school at USC in the late 1950's. The bridge guys were on the 6th floor, I was on the 5th floor of the Tishman Building on Wilshire Blvd (3440). in LA in those days. Great experience. But highway electrical engineering was too tame for me, I hired into Hughes Aircraft at graduation and designed CRT displays for the USN and later NATO, fun job!
You should be!
Great collection!

Lovely girl! The Belle of the Ball, no doubt.
