Thanks for taking a look PhotoMono123. Much appreciated. Yes the Snake River is a beautiful river thought not huge like the Mississippi or maybe Columbia. But it has some rich western history in the founding of America. On October 16th 1805 the Lewis and Clark Expedition reached the confluence of the Snake River and the Columbia Rivers.

In some places it has heavy rapids and is very deep while in other places it is shallow and moves along slowly. It has numerous types of fish to catch including many types of trout, catfish and sturgeon, BIG sturgeon. I took photos of our local Fish and Game planting two sturgeon in the area of Shelley, ID about 10 miles South of me. They were about 8 feet long but there are bigger.

Come take a look sometime. I don't think you will be disappointed. If you are in the area please let me know. I would love to meet you. A plus for me is Yellowstone National Park is 2 hours or less from my door. The drive from here to there is also beautiful.

I never enter photo contests. I just don't take the time to do that. I did enter one years ago in the 90's and won 3rd place with my entry. A few days ago I noticed in the Idaho Falls Magazine there is a photo contest going on that is going to end entries submitted in a few days. I mentioned it to my photography mentor and he suggested I enter these two buffalo photos.

What do you think? I really like them and think they have a chance in the Wildlife section. Both photos were taken at Yellowstone National Park.

I have a 12 gauge shot shell in front of the trigger in order to prop the gun up for the photos. Other than that there is nothing at all in front of the trigger. If you look on download you should see the object saying, Winchester 12 Gauge, visible.

On this pistol there is not really a safety device. It is fired in double action for the very first round. That would take a long pull on the trigger. I cannot think of a situation the gun could possibly go off accidentally without the trigger being pulled. Every shot after the first is in single action mode meaning a short and lighter trigger pull. Of course that is what one wants in a combat situation.

Another of my EDC pistols. I have been carrying this one for a few years now and never had a problem. It is an accurate hard hitting caliber and the gun is carried comfortably in the shown Galco IWB holster.

You might recall Trump tried to restrict people from coming into the country but was called a Racist by the Left. You might also recall America is a FREE country.
