Nice shoots, I would like to know what that strange growth is coming out of the ridge on left side in your pano, looks like a very seasonal infestation of touristelecti.

The selection tool has a tendency to make mistakes where colors are very similar.
In addition you can add or subtract to your selection with the Laso and Poly selection. Just remember to use the Shift Key to add and the Alt key to subtract. If you make a mistake, you can use the Esc key to stop what you are you doing, then use the Back Step key to bring your previous selection back should be disappear.
I have found that some times it's better to finish up with the refine edge. to clean up the selection. Then before hitting OK, I will select just to add a layer, add a layer with mask, or just use selection.
You will find there are many ways do something in Photo Shop, and will be spending years learning it. You will also note that it is always evolving so learning it is an on going deal.
I hate those events where the lighting rules. My nice's wedding was down with Purple Lighting. Glad I was out of State for that one.
I played with you blue. You have done a great job in the recovery. I would stand up in court to identify the person. LOL
I down loaded the software from there web site, I does come on the card also. It get's down loaded on to the computer you want. I have it on four computers, I just click on there Icon and turn the computer on. I also have several cards, each on has to be stored on in software. Once it's activated it's a done deal.
Jerry, mine is a Mobi and works threw the computer, I can be out in the car some where and as long as I have my lap top it will down load to it. It does set up it's own folder in the Pictures Directory - and puts them in there by date and down load. It will down the same file several times If I don't reformat the card.
I don't know Tom, seems a little dark, I think I would have brought up the brightness a little. That's just my opinion based on my personal preference.
As Jerry said, it not that fast in the transfer. Understand it has to go threw you Wi Fi rooter, so there is you weak link.
ON EDIT. It doesn't go threw you WiFi rooter, sorry, just the WiFi on your computer. Still limited.
If you shoot RAW you have to go with the Pro, Just what I have found using the Eye Fi, carry a spare battery, they do tend to eat them up. I get about half the life out of mine.

It appears the government has again put themselves above the law. Try making a cell phone call around Washington DC.
Accualy the smaller ones have a range of only five meters. Well with in my property limits.
If cell phones bother you, then take a look at these devices. Great for Thanks Giving and Holiday get together's.

Pixelmator is made for the Mac and there Products, not by Mac. They are a third party software company.
I'm not going with a sun flare per-say, I'm going to go with a dried water spot on the lens that is glaring in the sun when struck at the proper angle. I would inspect from different angles. That's just my two cents.

I have a tremor in my left hand and shoot mostly in shutter -piority. I have to constantly be aware of shutter speed so as to control it . As a result a fair amount ofmy shots are alittle soft. Getting older sucks, but it beats not getting older.
