Interesting Photo. I would expect Austin to protect public property and send the troopers in. The sitter is somehow oblivious to the the situation. He would have caught the brunt of the action if tensions grew. He has 4 coins in front of him, boots off, indicating he has been there a while. Nice capture

Pictures in general are most interesting when composed properly. The use of complementary colors red and blue caught my attention. The lighting is brightest on the main subject. The background is nicely blurred which set for a very nice composition. The rules of thirds would not have benefited this capture basically due to the fill the frame technique used. I like it. again- it jumped off the page.

Online WD-40 is mentioned several times as an option of adding sheen.

Beautiful and interesting shot, Mr Bob, and I'll bet the coffee was delicious!

Everything about the coffee and the plantation contributed to the experience. I tried to capture the experience in the photo beginning at the source. The coffee plant.

Visited a coffee plantation during a visit to Kona Hawaii. Was able to taste fresh brewed coffee that was recently picked and roasted that day. No decaf at this plantation.

This is a wonderful, possibly a once in a lifetime, shot. I enjoy the lighting very much as it captures the authenticity of the wild environment. Thanks for sharing.

Group members. Each comment is appreciated. Your opinions are valued by me. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
I did not explain how I came across this model. This was a group shot in a studio where there are several other photographers. Very common scenario for non professionals who would like an opportunity using studio lighting. Your turn comes up and you shoot for 3 minutes. The model is dressed and in this case wearing a wig. Big surprise! The experience was useful and I would spend my 3 minutes differently next time.
No hair stylist or make up stylist. Very little interaction or ability to communicate with the girl. The talent was basically a moving target. The situation was fun and would do it again.
