Problem Solved !
Thank you both for heading me in the correct direction.

I used Edit>Preferences>Experimental Features and selected "Scale UI 200% for high density displays" .
That works about perfectly. Perhaps it makes the fonts and tools a little too big; but, It's a lot better than the other settings I found.
Thanks again!
:D

Check under program option.

Please be aware that unless you have a high resolution monitor you are in for some frustration...

Rongnongno,
Thanks for the info.
Where do I find "program option" ?
I didn't see that under any of the menus.

My monitor's resolution is set at 2560 x 1440.
I can set it to lower resolutions; but, that defeats having the higher resolution monitor. :-(

I'm just getting started with Photoshop CC.

Can the menu label font sizes be increased from within the Photoshop CC program? I'm pretty sure the answer is NO. If I'm wrong, how do I do it?

Any ideas on why that isn't an option?

I've read everything up to here.
It's making my head hurt. :-)

Here is my thought on the matter:
RAW / raw is whatever comes out of a manufacturer's camera.... if it has not already been converted to one of the other formats such as JPEG, TIFF, etc. ?

I've visited your website. You have some very nice pictures there. I'm really curious about the water drop pictures.

How did you get the soccer ball and the Smiley Face in the drops on the end of the pencils? I'm guessing the ball was added with P.S. and the Smiley Face was actually a reflection?

I don't know about the legal parts of selling photographs; but, I think you should be able to sell lots of those bridge shots.

Alissa,
I'm a very non-expert; and, I don't use Photoshop; but,
I think you've created some pretty amazing photos.

I usually get about 500 shots on my D800; except, if memory serves me, when I use my 70-200 or Sigma Bigma hand held with Vibration Reduction on, I get considerably less shots. I really can't remember how many less.

I just experimented with my camera to get the following information. Maybe this will be helpful.

With my D800 set to RAW there is a noticeable difference in how fast my buffer fills up if I use a 60MB/s CF card and a 160 MB/s CF card. The buffer size stays at r16 regardless of the card; but, I seem to be able to take several more pictures with the 160MB/s card before the buffer reaches r0. I think this is because the faster card is doing a better job of emptying the buffer as the camera tries to fill it. If I take a short break after every burst of 5 pictures I can get a lot more than 16 pictures before the buffer stops the camera. If I set the camera on JPEG basic the r number goes up to 47 and I can shoot unlimited burst shorts and the r number levels off around 44.
