Agreed that this is the best method.

Do you have a Lazy Susan anywhere in your kitchen or dining room?

Set your camera on a tripod.

Center the bottle on the Lazy Susan and start shooting from one edge of the label and rotate the Lazy Susan a little bit at a time to the far side.

Use a panorama set up in your post processing software to "stitch" the shots together.

In order to do this correctly, you'll have to maintain a constant distance from the camera lens to the label.

Hi 'Szalajj'... Thanks SO Much; this is MOST Helpful.!.!.!

Okay. Got it. Right now, there's no way to take a picture of the front of the bottle and the rear at the same time. You could use mirrors, but that would introduce another problem. You'll need several shots to get the entire label.

Anyone who can write ought to be able to copy it. Or, maybe the label can be peeled off in one piece.

----------------------
Hi 'Leitz'... On a couple of larger bottles, the labelS are on 360° of the Surface ...and Overlapping. -- THANKS for your Solution.

How about a video where you turn the labels. You could pause to read the ones you want.

-----------------
Hi 'tgreenhaw'... I'll have to THINK that over (some of the Labels, top to bottom, over lap each other). --- Thanks for the Solution.

Considering the bottles are round, you would need several photos and stitch them together.
The only way I have ever achieved to get the label from a bottle in one swipe first time, is to put my sunglasses on, then scan with the scanner lid open and roll the bottle on its side, keeping speed with the moving light.

-----------------
Hi 'Morning Star'... Now THAT is a solution that I would NOT have thought of; Thanks.

Probably the labels cover more than 180 degrees around the bottle, so cannot be covered in one shot. Might be able to stitch two or more shots; might be easiest to soak labels in Oops! so they peel off for a flat shot.

-----------------
Hi 'melismus'... Let me give THAT some thought; Thanks for both suggestions.!.!.!

Have you tried positioning the bottle and positioning the camera?

---------------
Hi 'jerryc41'... I'm SO sorry, I'm having difficulty visualizing your suggestion. Remember, the Labels cover 360° on the bottle (I should have been That specific).

Re: 'One Picture of ALL-Labels on Pill Bottle'
------------------
Hi Hogs... I recently decided to TRY a protocol of Essential-Nutriants. MY specific protocol involves several pills and capsules in bottles. The Bottles are covered in Labels containing that specific 'Product's Ingrediants and specific information'. I want to take ONE-Picture of Each Bottle which will allow me or my friends to see and easily read ALL the information on ALL the associated Labels of Each of the Several Bottles. --- --- Is there a WAY to ACHIEVE taking those pictures.???

Re: "...but with the SAME 3-dial System as the NEX-7"

Hi Fellow Hogs... Seems that an Excellent 'camera' for 'teaching the basics' would be the NEX-7 (if it weren't so Expensive.!.!.!) --- Therefore, is there an 'Under $500' camera which has the THREE dials (similar to the NEX-7), NOW ...or SOON.?
