Look at the Yongnuo's I have two 565's and they work wonderfully. They were only about $129 a piece.

Yes. 565.
Very good flashes.
I have two for slaves and a Canon 580

BUTTTTT.......
I received it as a bundle with 28-70f4.
Lens diaphragm and circuit board in lens
had to be replaced before even using
it.
Now the body has to be repaired.
In "multiple image" the "multiple"
images are ghosty. Not motion blurr.
Disappointed !!!!

My mistake....
It's just how the multiple exposure is.
It's the same as on the 5DM3.
Even the technicians/teachers at the Canon Sydney service thought it was for a different purpose when I showed them.

I love photography but lately, I am sitting on my arse and find no inspiration. I am sort of on a hiatus and need to get inspired again. Is this sort of thing common? Any thoughts will be most appreciated....thanks.

On YouTube, look at Photo Critiques.
I'm sure you'll start seeing composing,
et cetera, differently and enjoyably.

OMG what all did you do to your lens and camera? hmmm The Lens to do has nothing 6D unless it is a EF-S lens and it sounds like you need to speed up your Shutter Speed to stop the ghosting effect.

By the way. A 6D bundle is always with
an L- series lense.

Typically it's with reference to stills. The 6D isn't the fastest focusing camera when going shot to shot, and it shoots 4.5 fps. It has only one cross focusing sensor, the middle one. Compared to the 7D setup it's not ideal for fast action.

If it were a cropped sensor it would be
faster.

I said that it isn't motion blurr. I've tried
all speeds.

this the first time I have heard of anyone having problems with the 6D. However, it doesn't surprise me. Any mass-produced product is bound to have a couple sneak by.

I would not return it for replacement, I would send it back for repair to an authorized Canon repair center. That way you'll get a reconditioned camera that has been completely gone over. You are pretty sure to be getting a good camera back at way.

Yes. I took it to Canon and they
recalibrated the lens also.

Hello,
This question is for owner/operators of a Canon 6D. I would really like to know your thoughts, likes, dislikes and anything related to this camera as I am considering this for my first full frame camera.
Thank you

I'm going to Cusco and Machu Picchu. One guide book I read said because of the high level of UV light at those altitudes you should use UV filters. I will take a Nikon AFS 10-24, 35 mm prime and 55-200 tele. All the lenses have UV filters (I know, lots of highly respected photographers on UHH think they're superfluous) but no expensive filters. I do have a CPF that will fit on the 35 and 55-200. The UV for the 10-24 cost me $35. Should I make a quick run to the camera store and get better filters?

Do you realise that the sensors are already

The worse thing Britain, France and Australia ever did was let these undesirables in.
They are only a peaceful religion to their own religion.
And even then, only if a particular group, sunni to sunni.
Each muslim group will kill the other, and so on.
It's a barbaric, medieval, uncompassionable, intolerable, cruel sexist and neanderthal religion.
