Upgrading is fine. But upgrading is an expensive venture. A new Nikon D750 is now about $2000, and the all around FX 28-300mm lens is near $900-1000. That's one lens and one camera body, $3000..I started with one lens at a time with my DX camera. The D750 is an excellent camera. And so is the D800e/D810. Keep your DX lenses and buy the D500. Unless money is not an option.

Teenagers are the majority of MacDonald's workers. If you consider an 18 year old an adult, they are still a teenager. MacDonald's also hire senior citizens part time. This may vary within different regions in the USA.

Mr. Tony Injured Romo has seen his last days. I don't know who was worse with injuries, Tony Romo or RGIII?

Great shots in low light areas. I noticed your gear is a Sony mirrorless a6000 with some good lenses. I hoped the woman with the boots on didn't kick anyone that night.

Those are some awful looking Corvettes. America's dream car since 1953. Nothing can totally stop a sinkhole from gobbling up your car, house, or whatever. I remember the sinkhole in Florida, where a man was napping in his house, and the house and man were swallowed up. An attempt to save him failed by one person, risking his own life, and barely escaping. The napper disappeared. And presumed dead.

Hi 'mas34'; Thanks, that definitely IS an advantage (is the a6300 'Weather-Protected' to your satisfaction?

A friend has the a6300. It has a magnesium alloy body to protect it from dust and moisture. Do not confuse moisture protection from water proofing. Water is a camera's worst enemy, regardless of weather protection.

I thought the D600 was recalled for the D610?

The sturdy build of the a6300 over the a6000 is an advantage.

Great looking photos. I remember in the movie Gettysburg, that General Robert E. Lee was none too pleased with J.E.B Stuart, on one occasion. General Pickett never forgave General Lee, even after the war, for a decision at the Gettysburg Battle. All three men are well known historical Civil War figures.

I recommend the FX 28-300mm, 18-140mm, and the 35mm/50mm primes. I only had two lenses when I had my SLR film camera. The 50mm and 135mm primes. For everything.

A 70-200mm 2.8 less may have had better results with a steady hand. Fluorescent lights were discussed a day or two ago as being a problem for indoor sports. I discovered during the discussion, that one said a speedlight was the cure for indoor florescent lights. Some Canon and Nikon DSLRs have the anti-flicker mode feature. I was told the Nikon D500 and D5 are equipped with this feature.

Great shot. Your Post Processing is very good too. Brings out that oldie look. I've seen 3 modern gas stations on every corner but one, and they are still in business. Prices exactly the same too. Interesting? Hope you're feeling much better.

Great looking cars and great shots. What lens did you use? They are quite sharp for fast moving subjects.

Most businesses are closed on Christmas Day. Including Jewish Businesses etc, etc. Would the OP be disturbed if he didn't get a UPS delivery on Christmas Day?
