If you had been born in 100 BCE(or BC if you insist), then you would have no way to the father it seems.

I do not believe/accept any verses in the bible. The passages depicting an evil god, and those depicting a loving god are both fiction. I reject both as the bronze age myths that they are.

However, if you choose to accept the bible as the inerrant word of god, then you must accept it all..............evil god included. There is no wiggle room. You can't pick and choose. You can't be a "cafeteria" christian !!!

Well, where should I start ? My first memories of attending church were at the age of 4 or 5.

I attended sunday school, then a worship service afterwards. Sunday evening, I attended bible study, then the evening worship service afterwards. Wednesday evenings I attended "prayer" meetings followed by a trip to McDonalds.

Saturday mornings I attended the meeting of the "Royal Ambassadors"(a southern baptist "get 'm while they are young") concept.

I accepted jesus christ as my personal lord and saviour, and was baptised at age eleven.
