In this day and age of such bad customer service by many companies out there it is a delight to hear something good from a customer. People are so often quick to complain but on the other hand very slow to compliment a good job. I commend you for telling about a good experience.

As a former Home Depot Employee I can attest to the "No Photos" position of the corporate office. As a practice many customers take photos all over the store as stated with cell phone cameras. To date I have not seen it enforced unless it is an obvious competitor.
I am pretty new to the site here and love all of the advise I have read so far.... Just Lurking and will start contributing soon I hope.
