Very, very nice photos. I really like the first one the most, the implied motion is excellent. From what I see you have no need to be nervous, your doing a great job.

Very interesting photos. Do you have any idea how long someone would stay up in the cabin, it does not appear to be very big.

If you set up Canons for back button AF,do you still need to hold shutter button halfway to start IS?

I am not familiar with Canons, but my understanding is the only thing that changes when you set your camera up is which button is used for focus. If your shutter button activates "IS" I would say that it still would.

Dont' know what type of camera you have, but this video for Nikon cameras may help.

I have my Nikon set up like this. I have to admit, it takes a little getting use to, but now it is second nature to use the AF button to focus. I find it easier to focus, recompose and meter using this method. You need to remember to still depress the shutter release button half way for a moment to activate VR (Nikon) when it is available.

OMG, I see the pictures now.....LOL :D
Very nice photos, they do not look dark to me, I don't know as I would have used the vignetting in the first photo, still, very nice.

Nope, don't see it. Reminds me of the story about the king who had clothes that only a fool could not see.

I really like the profile, it seems more dramatic and shows more detail.
The color in both pictures is great.

Very nice composition, I like how you used the leading lines. Did you use an ND filter in the first shot?
