How I LOVE that place! Thanks for 'taking' me back there this morning. You are a great photographer andI always enjoy your posts.
Thank you for "taking me back to Prague again." It is one of my favorite cities.
I enjoyed looking at your other photos. We definitely had the same Danube River cruise. Thanks for the rerun.
Let's have it in color. I love those red rocks!
I was there a few years ago myself and it looks like our camera lenses were drawn to the same things. A very interesting place.
It is amazing what interesting photos you find just out there tromping around in the weeds.
Thank you all. I'm glad you enjoyed my little walk.
I thank all of you for your kind comments. Actually, I was thinking about this lake being in the close neighborhood of UtMike. Because of his comments with his photos, I know he must live in the neighborhood of the lake. It is about 15 minutes away from me. I have many more photos taken there years ago when I saw lots more birds before so many homes were (and still are) being built there.
Lovely lake at Daybreak three years ago.
Thank you, Mike, for taking me back up that trail again. Ump-teen years ago we were up there and beyond. We went to the top of the ridge and looked off down the other side to Alta in Little Cottonwood Canyon. It won't ever happen again for me, but I'm enjoying your hikes here in my territory--but I did walk around Silver Lake again a week ago.
I love to double-click on these photos and see the faces of these people up close. Thank you for sharing your great adventure.
I am puzzled. Is the girt part of the mural or is she for real? The rock she is standing on doesn't appear to be on the canvas. It is a gorgeous mural with or without the girl.

In the '30's I remember men coming and asking to work for something to eat. My mother would let them chop wood while she fixed them an egg sandwich. We had very little ourselves, but we did have chickens.
