Six flashes for architecture is very theatrical, and a dramatic style. And in studio product photography is no big deal, if you fill light the flat surfaces with four lights, as well as light the three vertices of the product, then the background. Shooting products splashing in a water tank needs lighting from below, as well. I’m sure the others will have more product and portrait session suggestions. You can have some fun!

I‘d also add more edge and back light, some small gold reflector cards or small dental mirrors to hit up the brand name labels.

I like the monochrome, it distills the shape of the subject in the context with a minimalistic intent. It’s very to the point without needing the color.

Who said that Henri Cartier Bresson never manipulated his prints? I knew an old fellow in New York City- a master printer, who did a great deal printing for Bresson's exhibits in the the U.S. Bresson never cropped- he wanted to print right down to the sprocket holes but he had no aversion to dodging, burning and contrast control.
...

I never knew that, I thought he was rejecting all post-processing!

I’ve often lusted after a classic Leica rangefinder, they are beautiful pieces of work, like a fine wristwatch. As a practical choice, a fast mid-range Nikon with good glass is a better fit for my needs, and the strains on my budget. I’d guess that a great camera, a Leica, Rolli, or a Hassi is a psychological aide to achieving my peak performance.

Search out Ansel Adam ‘recipe books’ for his printing! Among the greats, only Henri Cartier Bresson rejected post processing and cropping, IIRC my History of Photography classes.

I just got the refurbushed Nikon 105 f2.8 vr from their website this week and used it on a commercial job Thursday. The build quality and optical quality is evident. I’m spotting dust, errant manufacturing flaws, zooming in beyond viewing size to catch and ckean-up the little stuff. The longer lens leaves you some distance to work, room to place lights and flags, and gently compresses perspective, more to my taste.

These important questions can easily be answered if you look online, they, and the answers can get involved. The pro photo shops seem to provide links to address your questions, they must get them so often. There are numerous online pubs for enthusiasts that provide primers for newbies, too.
Both recreational and commercial uses must be registered with the FAA, they have different regulations, but each model and manufacturer’s drone characteristics vary widely. Like in photography, spare batteries can’t hurt.

Keep going, try different things, anything until something tickles your fancy enough to stay with it for a while.
How many hours a day, days in a week does it take to excel at ANYTHING? You start with a first ‘sketch’ of an idea and work and rework it from that. And you have to practice as often as possible, as long as possible, until you can make a ‘breakthrough’ in your vision and point of view.
Alexy Brodovich made Avedon reshoot pairs of shoes for months and months before he gave him an assignment!
