So are you saying that the second amendment is written for the state? The amendments to the Constitution are part of the bill of rights for the PEOPLE, not the rights of the government, THE PEOPLE have the right to form militias and bear arms, the preamble to the bill of rights states they put these amendments in to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added, I'm sorry you felt the need to add a racist innuendo to your comment, I assume since you mentioned David Duke you assume that I am of eastern European descent, and that may be true, but it is also true that I am 50% African American descent, truth knows no color or gender, truth seeks only wisdom, I will always try to help people seek OBJECTIVE truth, there is real truth, are you willing to follow it wherever it takes you?
