I love the Cloud picture, I'm not blond, but I don't get the joke.

Typically when peeps are being photographed...the photog says...say cheeeeeeze !

I have my little ones say "pickle, pickle, pickle" which always seems to bring on the giggles. I am not a fan of say cheese

I really like whats going on in this photo, just can't seem to make it look right. I have Gimp, Faststone, Photoscape and Picasa. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Haley, I take mostly Wedding Pictures, I worked with a young lady a couple months a go and she showed me something new to do with the rings, I want to share with you.

What a unique idea for the rings

Today was a cold, rainy, windy, dreary November day in Chicago. Gardening season is near the end, and a long cold winter is coming. When the rain let up, I went out into my garden with my camera, thinking to take some depressing dreary photos. Instead, the photos I took revealed beauty, and elevated my spirit.

Do taking photos have a similar effect on you? Please describe.

These are 2 of my lift me ups, my 6yr old granddaughter loves taking pictures as I do and here is one of her and one of her photos

The photo of your beautiful granddaughter is very nice. The photo she took is well composed, with a better horizontal than most of my photos before cropping.

Thank you on both comments, she does seem to have an eye for photographing. She has her own point and shoot digital camera and I have a blast with her every time we get to go for a photo walk together.
