This sweetie was born at our ranch about 6 weeks ago. This morning was the first time momma and sister brought it up near the house. Nikon D500/70-200mm f4 lens.

I’m sorry, I just investigated further after reading your post and found this:
The EOS-1D X Mark II, EOS 5DS, 5DS R, 80D, 750D / Rebel T6i / Kiss X8i and 760D / Rebel T6s / 8000D cameras do not provide shutter count information. It seems that Canon has removed the shutter count functionality from the remote control interface so these programs will not work. The only way to get shutter count numbers is to send to an authorized Canon repair location.

According to the program, an 80D doesn't record the data. I tried it with several raw and unedited jpgs. It wont work in my 6D mark 2 either. If it helps, I set it for a continuous count file when I first got it and the pics are on IMG-3483. It does not reset when I format the card. I tried several other shutter count programs that I found on UHH and they all say that this Canon does not record the shutter count. sorry.

You can get the shutter count at https://www.camerashuttercount.com/
You just have to upload an unedited jpeg.
Worked for me.

Due to the fact that the plate that is normally included is not, I have reduced the price to $300 + $15 shipping cost.

Thank you.

Yes I believe it is. Last time I saw it on the web it was priced about $20 more, but I don’t remember where. It’s still a hefty cost to replace.

Is this the plate you are referring to?

I think the problem with your sale is that the Arca Swiss plate with 3 attachment screws that comes with a new one costs over a hundred dollars to replace. It would cost only slightly more to buy the entire gimbal new from b&h, with the plate included.
