Nikon D3s, 20mm f/1.8. 25" exposure, f/2.8, 1250 ISO. The rocks are light painted with a flashlight using two 1/2 CTO orange gels. Took me several tries to get the light painting to look good enough.

I dunno... Can't seem to upload the file. It's small enough. I pressed edit, browsed to upload, pressed attachment, preview, and send. Nothing.... Can't seem to delete the message either...

Check out the Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8. Great lens for football. You can get right in there on the linemen and all the action. I shoot HS sports as well and frequently the fields are not very well lit. That lens will handle it very well. It is also Full Frame format. The only thing I've noticed is that the auto focus doesn't seem to be as fast as the Nikon but the difference is negligible. Also the zoom ring is opposite from Nikon so, it takes a little getting used to. Good lens all around, though.

A friend of mine has a D5300 and says the leather section just above the play button keeps coming off. Is there a strong adhesive that would work for that?

Never had a problem with them but now I use B&H, Adorama, and a local place here in the DFW area.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to do any Milky Way shots since I'll be shooting into a full moon. Since the moon will be more or less south of me, maybe some star trails with a cool foreground would look good. I'm driving down from the DFW area Friday morning so I'll have to scout quick if I'm going to get something in Friday night.

Well, it turned out that for whatever reason, I lost those catalog entries and had to re-import most of my pictures. I think that's what confused me because I know they were there at one time and I was only seeing subfolders where the edits were. I ended up adding the folder for each individual shoot. Looks like I'm good now.

I have several different catalogs that contain various types of photographs. For example, I have sports, portraits, time lapse etc... For whatever reason, the H: drive isn't showing them in THAT catalog. All the other catalogs work fine and all the files that should be there are there.

I'm having problems viewing my folder in the Library mode. I opened up my catalog, and for some reason, I can't view the entire contents. Don't know what I inadvertently pressed but here is a picture. The issue is within the MyBook-1 drive. I only get a few sub folders. Tried the options at the top under catalog to no avail. Tried all the right-click options in MyBook-1 as well. Anybody got any ideas?
