Beautiful sunset. The photo could have been improved if you would have used any post-processing software to straighten the horizon. It is an easy fix with a free download such as Picasa.
Picasa is a free download. The 3.8 version has this feature.
Number one has great contrasts. Number two seems washed out to me. Go back to the same location again and shoot some more. Try shifting the camera both left and right to create asymmetry.
I like all the straight lines in number 1. The curved wrought iron in number 2 seem like visual clutter in my own mind's eye. I think it's just a matter of personal preference. Keep shooting. I think you have the "eye" for composition
Nikon S8200, found it on sale at Best Buy for 219.00 (normally in the 279.00 range. I love this camera's versatility.
I have tried it with a Nikon S8200 and like the effects. I have gotten some good feedback from viewers.

Great use of shutter speed feature.
I think you've got a great eye for composition. Good use of light and shadow.
I love the second! This shot drives home the point of "rule of thirds."
Sorry...keep shooting. One day, there may be a diamond among the crystals.
The wait was worth it. Dusk is a must!
These were taken with a Nikon S8200. I love the effects feature.

Too many miles for short legs
I like sunrises. Number three and six need to have the horizon straightened by any of the software programs.
