Curious what camera and lens you are using?

This was with Canon 60d 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 is lens and RebelXTi with 28-135mm 1:3.5-5.6 is lens. I usually carry both.

Thanks. Am looking to buy camera and trying to notice the clarity in photos posted on UHH. Yours are so crisp. Very nice shots.

Check the file extention - make sure that it is ".jpeg". If not, right click and rename to make ".jpeg" the extention. There are times when I have made a Windows Explorer edit and then Explorer changes the extention upon saving.

wouldn't that be .jpg not .jpeg ??

Speaking NOT from a legal perspective: It seems a lot of worry and angst to try to control what people are doing with images they have purchased from you. It reminds me of the disclaimer at the beginning of each movie video. Private use only - subject to fines up to something like $250,000. Wonder how many times a violator was caught and prosecuted? You may have the right, the copyright, but you have to let go sometimes and be realistic about what you can and can't control. I gave up expectations that no one would ever "borrow" or alter one of my marked images. Pardon if this does not fit in with your legal rights. To me it seems more a matter of the feasibility of "enforcing" them. And is it worth it. Good luck.

As a matter of fact, maybe I should ask this: the thing I HATED about my trials of PS and PSE was all about the "layers." As I mentioned, I was trying to learn to use it for digital scrapbooking. I have a satisfactory software in place for that now and am only looking for photo editing. Might it be that the photo editing capabilities of PSE would be exactly what I need and it would not be that complicated to learn to use PSE for THAT? In other words, for photo editing in PSE, can I avoid the whole layering thing? Sorry for such a silly question, but I have a negative mindset about the layering thing at this point.

When I first learned PSE, I was not shown how to use layers and edited my photos quite well without them. I understand there are things you can do only with layers, but for what editing I do, I haven't needed them. Maybe I am working simplistically but I can manage a whole array of adjusts on a copy of the original image.

A college teacher once explained f-stops to me like this. The small the larger the number, like f 22, the smaller the aperature is opened, causing a longer depth of field. The opposite is true in that the smaller the f number, the larger the aperature, and the shorter the depth of field. Might help.

Am asking $775. If I recall correctly, per the prior owner the sensor was not replaced. I understood that not all were defective. He sent it in for inspection and was given the number of images taken and maybe the number of times the flash was used. I don't believe I have his email with those particulars any more but can certainly contact Leica for details.

Hi, Yes with a small caveat. I took it on vacation and decided I had too much gear so mailed it back to my home. It should be arriving in about a week. I can let you know as soon as it is here. Mary Ann PS I don't think I added to the post that I found one more battery and there are 3 or 4 2gb cards that go with it.

I am old and can't always remember names but who was the lady artist, married to a legend in photography? She was famous as an artist and made a great living out of painting flowers showing the erotic images they present. No you aren't a pervert. You are just more aware than a lot of folks.
