I am a conservative woman with a tendency toward depression. Not wanting to become dependant on medication or the dictates of an inexact science (psychology) I decided to take another route. I established a routine of exercise (get the endorphins flowing), positive thoughts, (keep a "happy" journal), and look for solutions rather than wallowing in self pity or feelings of victimization. I begin every day with the thought that today is the is the youngest day of the rest of my life!

I also have a strong value code that demands self responsibility and a refusal to blame external issues, events or people for causing my personal problems. I would never allow anyone or anything to have that kind of power over me.

Am I mentally ill? A "twenty something liberal" might think so but I choose to view myself as a strong woman with lousy brain chemistry who has found a solution to an inherited issue.

We became a net exporter of oil and gas. But this was due to the shale oil boom and fracking...not due to anything trump did.

While we are a net exporter, one can't really say we are energy independent. We have to export a very significant portion of our production as the crude oil is too heavy for our refineries. We must import what we need to provide our refineries with acceptably light crude for their processing. So we are still quite dependant on foriegn oil. We are just producing enough overall that we export more than we import.

Louisiana sweet crude our refineries can use...Eagleford shale oil is light...and I am sure other areas produce oil our refineries can use. These grades of crude fetch a $4-5 per barrel premium as they don't have to be shipped overseas. I am very thankful for this premium!

LOL.... The college of observation, hey Frank, clearly our educational system has failed the black communities that live in the inner cities, their schools are underfunded and let's face it, there is little to no education occurring in them. Since the government has whole heartedly embraced "Modern Monetary Theory" and feels that it can print unlimited amounts of money to fund their programs, how about we fund these failing schools at the rate of double the highest funded schools within their districts. Hell, it's only Monopoly money after all. How about addressing more urgent problems rather than setting aside 100's of billion of dollars to help rich people buy Teslas.

It is not systemic racism, not the police, education is the major problem in our communities of color and the democrat's approach is to destroy discipline in the schools using race as the tool to effect the destructive change they are currently implementing.

The only thing you mentioned that Trump did not accomplish was to have Mexico pay for the wall. Every single President elected all the way back to Washington made election promises and the failed to carry them out. The one election promise Trump did not carry out was to have Mexico pay for the wall. BFD in my opinion. But that is the one thing you on the LEFT continue to whine and cry about.

Someone here posted a list of Trump's accomplishments so I am not going to do the same. But for a short list and you won't agree,

Trump established contact with KJU of NK, the very first President to do so in a meaningful manner. Yes I know you on the LEFT will tell us it only gave credibility to KJU but then again it also let him know that Trump was serious. Trump did not pay him not to fire off missiles as Bill Clinton did. KJU also allowed the release of our war dead which he has never done before. There was also talk about North and South Korea officially ending the war. Now to you on the LEFT who refuses to accept any accomplishment by Trump, that is an accomplishment. If only it would fit your lying corrupt Left Wing agenda, huh?

Trump redid NAFTA to a more workable solution.

Trump moved the Capital of Israel to Jerusalem something other Presidents discussed but did not do.

Trump did pull out of the asinine deal with Iran, something that was never a real treaty because did not sign off on it. It was only something worked up by the corrupt John Kerry, more corrupt Barack Obama and the Iranians to stop Iran from building nuclear bombs for a short time. Nothing was binding.

The border was more secure under President Trump. Just yesterday on the radio I heard there were over 500,000 illegal aliens who have crossed the border. These people are still staying in the very same cages you all accused Trump of using only now it would appear they are acceptable. Some of these illegal aliens are dying or are abused and you on the LEFT had a cow when someone died on Trump's watch. Now it all seems to be acceptable. Hypocrisy anyone. The border crossings had slowed down thanks to Trump having agreements with the Mexican government and other Central American governments. But Biden, threw those agreements out while inviting illegal aliens to come on in. Thanks Biden for making the border a crisis of never before seen numbers.

America was energy free under President Trump. Pretty good accomplishment to my way of thinking. But of course Biden threw that all away too. Thanks Joe.

I’m in a darned if I do and darned if I don’t situation.
I have kidney issues, what I do know if I don’t take anti inflammatory meds
stay hydrated and avoid certain things I will be good for a while hopefully the rest of my life.
Why should I chance taking something that could make my situation worse.
Thats why I’m not taking it, so now the mystery is over.
I will have to be forced into taking it and I will do everything I can to avoid it.
