HAHAHAHA!

Thank you for posting this question! You just lost your ENTIRE QANON theory regarding the Mar a Lago raid!

IF Chump had FOLLOWED the DOCUMENTED PROCEDURE for DECLASSIFYING documents, there would be a PAPER TRAIL of said DECLASSIFICATION! MULTIPLE agencies would be involved where that PAPER TRAIL would have been signed off on, making it very improbable, if not impossible, for the FBI to plan such a HARE-BRAINED IDEA.

This is the most ABSURD post from you yet!

And with that I believe you are misinformed. Declassification does NOT have to be in writing. I have heard several comments regarding this from several different lawyers and NONE of them were Trump's lawyers.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

Let me enlighten YOU.

She ruled: That the National Archives and Records Administration had no power to “seize control of them” because Mr. Clinton had used his authority under the Presidential Records Act to declare the recordings part of his personal records.

While audio tapes "could be classified", the ones you refer to were NOT!

Documents contained in folders marked "Secret", "Top Secret", or "Confidential" would have to be "de-classified" BEFORE or AT THE TIME a president could use his authority under the Presidential Records Act to declare the recordings part of his personal records and take the home.

Do YOU have any documentation that chump followed procedure? Maybe YOU can "think" one up?

BIGLY difference between the Clinton tapes decision and what your fuhrer did.... BIGLY difference!

Wrong... no difference, because many of the boxes that Trump had contained personal newspapers. AND, he proclaimed all the documents declassified. Some of those documents may have been top secret at one time, but with changing circumstances may be not be so important in preset times. The fact is YOU nor I nor anyone in the general public knows yet. So, put your little crystal ball away until the facts come out.

Then why the "but, what about Hillary"?

Is that not a term of comparison? I think that was just answered

Without living there and knowing ALL of their protocols I cannot answer that question. But I am sure YOU think it’s because everyone there is so honest, LOL.

All you have are "but Hillary" responses.

Her case was NOT worse than Chump's. This isn't a childish response of "well he did it so, I should be able to do it to".

Point out the corrupt Democrats... line them up against your lily-white Republicans and then we'll compare.

I don’t see any politician as being lily white. There will always be comparisons, that will never end. That’s the human nature way of comparing the magnitude of any situation.

See... this is EXACTLY why you are in the group of chump monkeys that trolls the Attic.

Chump was SO incensed over sending Hillary to jail that ANY damaging documentation he had... or as he has shown recently, that he THOUGHT he had on her, he would have brought it out into the open. Even NOW, he doesn't make such claim... just that the raid on Mar a Lago MIGHT have been to due to the FBI looking for deleted emails.

Deranged!

Remember now.... due to his hatred of Hillary, he upped the penalty from 3 to 5 years that he thought (there's that word again) he was going to nail her on.

Let me enlighten you on something I heard on TV last night. Apparently years ago Clinton tried to keep some of the tapes that he recorded when he was leaving office. The government said they wanted them back but the judge, Amy (her last name escapes me at the moment but it’s the same judge that was in the Manafort trial), ruled that a president has complete control over what happens to those documents. And the national archives or no one else has any say so. So, I suspect that before long, Trump and 1/2 of the nation will be snickering at the left who is so hell bent on bringing him down. The person explaining this was John Solomon.

Well there’s your mistake. Biden should be judged on everything he does. After all he is the POTUS. He absolutely is no comparison to Trump. Trump can work circles around that idiot. And, Trump’s policies were making this nation great again

I don't evaluate Biden on his performance as a stand-alone, but rather as a comparison to Trump... and he wins bigly in that comparison.

As for stand-alone presidential candidates, I am still waiting for a decent POTUS to emerge. Clinton, Trump, Biden, Sanders, and most of the runners over the past 6-year window have NOT been stellar. And the future for 2024 is also pretty bleak at the moment. Can Americans not find even just a few decent people out of 330 million???

Well, at least you admit you are a hypocrite.

I cannot produce a birth certificate. That is something that is asked for when applying for an ID. Sometimes, in places like Texas, it's almost impossible to get an ID w/o a birth certificate.

PS... Texas is NOT the only state in the union... there are a couple more.

I also bring up ND.... NO ID needed to vote there so, why not the same in other red states?

What does your unique circumstances have to do with me being a hypocrite. Since you were throwing insults that means You have no real argument

well John, at the time many of the Bidenettes are jumping ship. He's ruining this country and the dimwits on the left are supporting him. There has to be something seriously wrong with someone who supports a president that can't even find his way off of a stage.

I might agree with you on Fauci not being about science when you agree that Trump was not about loyalty to the Constitution and not about love for America. To spell it out more clearly, Trump was/is about himself and no one or nothing else. Proving my take on Trump is easy; the burden of proof regarding Fauci is on you.

If you go read all the medical documentation about Covid that came from Europe regarding therapeutics like Hydroxychloroquin and Ivermectin from the start of the pandemic, you might understand. Remember how the government blocked the use of these meds, especially Ivermectin? Well now if you look up the CDC and NIH's acceptable treatments for Covid IVERMECTIN is on that list. Funny how they didn't announce that to the general public. Places across the ocean that couldn't get Regeneron or Monoclonal antibodies or other treatments, especially in India, used Ivermectin with really good results. But, our government / Fauci wouldn't consider that information because they could pad big pharma's pockets. And, Fauci was enjoying the spotlight and didn't want to let that power go.

Just speculating here. What is the crime for the FBI of wrongly classifying a government document to prevent scrutiny and hide the truth for the corrupt purpose of covering up the spying and "coup" attempt against the president??

And then launching an illegal raid against the former president to get those documents back before he exposed them.

Intriguing thought. You could be on to something. I've always suspected that Trump may have had documentation regarding all of the democrats past dealings, starting with evil Hillary's Russian hoax...

Making it harder for people in poor areas to vote does NOT improve voter integrity, not one bit.

Trying to take control of election outcomes does NOT support your claim.

IF the GOP truly wanted voter integrity, then why don't they do away with the electoral college?

Your comment about the democrats is BS.

If you don't use voter ID then, what exactly do you propose to use to prove you are a legal citizen?

In this year’s election, Texas voters are facing a new voter identification law. For many of them, it’ll mean presenting one of a short list of photo IDs at the polls before casting a ballot. But voters who face obstacles to obtaining one of those photo IDs are still able to vote. Those voters need to present another acceptable document verifying their identity, like a current utility bill, and sign a sworn statement indicating the reason that they were unable to obtain one of the accepted photo IDs.

Yet, according to its own website, the Texas Secretary of State’s office has held only one event this year where election officials have gone into communities to provide free photo IDs to voters that need them, despite a legal requirement that the state establish a program to do so.

As you drive the highways of Houston, you might also have seen a billboard indicating you need a passport in order to vote. That's simply NOT true!

That is NOT trying to establish voting integrity! Just the opposite!
Making it harder for people in poor areas to vote ... (show quote)

I have not seen any such billboard in Houston. Also it is not difficult for a person in Texas to get a valid I.D. regardless of their circumstances. Many churches offer to help people get to where they need to go for those who do not have transportation. Some of us from the church have even offered to pay for those who are poor. In every aspect of everyone's life there is a need for proper I.D., so the I.D. issue is just beating a dead horse.
