That is amazing especially on such a tiny creature. Well done, you are pushing the envelope further and further.
Super find and beautiful images of it. Have a lovely Christmas Dennis to you and your family.
Happy Christmas to you too Tom. I really like that second image.
A very good and pretty image. Water always seems to make a good contribution towards photographic opportunties.
Very nice images of such tiny flower parts. I think flower reproductive parts are very interesting to shoot and pretty too.
Perfect little beasties in miniature, I will never loose my amazement at how clever nature is to design even the tiniest creatures and plants to survive in their worldly niche. Well done again.

Nice pics of a colourful spider, I shall be careful not to get in your way
Interesting film Mark, such a talented and practised young man.
I am a bit late in my response. I read today that Springtails are an important part of composting along with, of course, miriads of other little creatures all working together to make nice compost. I have become a keen composter since the cost of compost has doubled in the past year or so after the use of peat is being banned in the UK. The compost they now sell is not that good.
Nice one, you are very experienced at shooting these globbies.
Wonderful images and what a pretty creature.
Great shot, it must be difficult for one of these to find a pretty girlfriend.
I always love your posts, great pics.
