I use LR3, and shoot raw with a Canon 50D. I've always had the Canon profiles Lightroom has installed in the Lens Profile section under the Lens Corrections tab when the Enable Profile Corrections is checked. The metadata does show the lens and camera used, which is where Lightroom gets the information to populate the lens profile section. All that shows up now, after I must go into the Make section and choose Canon, is the Canon EF 14mm f2.8 L USM lens. Anybody have any ideas what may have happened? The entire Canon list used to show up in the Model section, but now just this one lens. I'm finding no information on how to get this list back.
We dont make a photograph with just a camera. We bring to the act of photography all the books we have read, the movies we have seen, the music we have heard and the people we have loved.

Use the center focus point on your camera so you select what's in focus....if all the focus points are active, the camera selects the focused point....may not be what you want.
