I have added 11 items. I think I've reached my limit AND the neighbors are complaining! I've also gotten a bit sloppy, certainly with the Ibis.

Here's an excellent program I have used for years. Runs perfectly in Win 10.

Good luck.

I can 2nd that it works perfect in Win 10 and does what it says it will do. Been using this since I got Win 10. The cd/dvd functions of Win 10 suck and to say the least confusing and time consuming. cdburnerxp is fast lean and mean when trying to make cd/dvd's of any sort. Get it it is FREE whats not to like, this little program has helped an saved my butt several times when I have had to produce slide shows that I had to burn to DVD. Thumbs Up for this one!!!!!

Jerry: thanks for the link I use to use it, now I use the free version of IObit Uninstaller, it takes care of anything I don't want on my Desktop or Laptop and when it is done it does a real time search for any remnants including the Registry real easy to use, I have never had a single problem. Hal

I set up my cameras (Canon) for back button focusing. In that mode, a wireless remote will only trip the shutter, it will not attempt to focus. If I want it to focus while using a wireless remote, I have to take the camera out of back button focusing mode.

Anvil I have my Canon setup for BBF, so using the remote on the 10second/remote setting in camera works great. What I did not know was taking it out of BBF would allow the remote to tell camera to focus an then take photo. But whatever your taking a photo of had better be in place as my Canon remote in 2 seconds or immediately. Taking it out of BBF is as ease as turning the dial to the Green mode, leaving BBF still as the prefered way to focus. Just my 2 cents, I will try the green mode an see how it works. Thanks Hal

I leave my cameras in 2x3 format and usually have most of my pictures printed 6x9. It's a nice size for matting in 10x13 frames and even in 11 x14. That way I don't have to crop, but if I do I still have the same aspect ratio. When I think I am going to print 5x7 or 8x10, I usually try to frame my pictures in camera with enough extra so that I do't lose the key elements when I crop.

WF2B: definitely a good choice to leave more room on all sides if you know you will be printing larger, sometimes I just have to slow down and THINK before shooting. Hurrah 4 Digital !

4:3 is closer to 10:8... You're still going to have to crop.

Thanks burkphoto I changed my camera to 4:3 as soon as Longshadow an mogul commented on my printing headache. They straightened me out Good, I will have to cut off the excess of 8.5x11 paper anyway. It makes me wonder why they can't make 8x10 paper it would fit inthe printer in the B5 area of the printer cassette just up 1 slot from letter size. Profit probably, Thanks Again Hal

I shoot the full sensor (3/2). I use 8x12 paper (and 11x14 mats with an 8x12 opening) if I want the whole frame. If I want to print 8x10 I crop the image, locking the aspect ratio in the editor (and cut the paper). I leave the border on all because frames and mats will cover the 1/4 inch border on all sides. (This is what works for me.)

Longshadow thanks for the input, even though I never use Mats having your info will come in handy, my brother swears by Mats so I just may start using them. You guys who are alot smarter than me are a contribution to UHH, keep up the good work and Thanks again.

4/3 will give you a finished print of 10⅓ X 8; 3/2 will give you 12 X 8. It seems a crop of ⅓" beats a crop of 2".

Thanks mogul this is exactly what I was looking for- UHH members come through again!!!

Respectfully, you seem to be asking about several _different_ things _simultaneously_: a good way to become VERY confused. Crop sensor sizes, aspect ratios, and print sizes do not exclude each other, but they are not related one-to-one with each other. Try using the UHH Search tool and searching on each topic individually. You'll find loads of info to read. Have a great day.

rjaywallace thanks for your comment, even though I added extra information I was only asking about the 4/3 or 3/2 when printing 8x10's as my printer only prints that big. Just looking for assistance in the that area. I had read another members topic concerning that very thing in the last UHH email. I just was looking for direct info on which would be better to use in light of printing a 8x10. Longshadow an Mogul answered my problem perfectly. Thanks Again for your insight I will keep the search tool in mind next time.
