I was walking on the beach today and I saw God walking toward me, WOW I thought, I said what are You
doing here, He said I'm working from home.

I buy many things through Amazon. There are many reasons for my purchases and I love Amazon. They are not perfect but in my world they are quite satisfactory. I agree with alexol on his reasoning and judgement. YOU are responsible for what you buy and I believe Amazon usually gives enough information for me to make an informed decision.

I get my ebooks from my local library. Many come through Amazon, but many come from through the publisher
Simon Shuster etc. in the last 12 months I have checked out just over 100 ebooks and purchased only three. One of those was a special Bible that my library did not have and another was very new new and not available
yet and the other I purchased before I learned how the library system worked. Oh and I also bought 10 hardcover books as presents for my 10 great grand children. I'm not sure how Amazon got to be the enemy here.

Just after HS graduation in May and before receiving orders to report to boot camp in October 1955, I
worked at Boing in final assembly on the B-52. We all loved that aircraft at the time and all these years
later I still do. Every time I saw one over the years I thought maybe that baby has some of my rivets in it.

I can attest the degree to which the Iwo Jima flag raisers were held in awe. As a boot Marine in 1955 we studied Marine Corps history and I met some men still on active duty who served in WW11. I too have
some black sand from Iwo, given to me by one of those who survived. God bless all who served, in what
ever service in whatever way. Semper Fi

I have used both Intel and AMD. I fell on my sword and purchased a laptop with AMD because of the price, big mistake. AMD is still inferior by a significant margin in my opinion.

I owned a 1937 Studebaker hearse when I was in high school. The grill and front end looked much the same as this one. My friends and I had fun with it.

There is forgiveness for many and almost all sins but I'm not so sure on this one. I laughed anyway.

I believe some of these comments are as difficult to understand as the half time show. Many sports promoters seem to doubt that the game itself will not entertain so they try other means to do so. Especially the NBA. The only ad that I enjoyed was the low keyed Cheeto commercial. At least my over
engaged brain got it. The game however was great.

I have never really liked TB in years past but I always respected his abilities both his playing and his
emotional support for his team mates. This year however I found myself rooting for him. I also found
many of my friends feeling the same way. Football for me is the most emotional sport I have ever played, or watched. The outcome is determined on the field. All the second guessing is just that, guessing. My father had a judgement call regarding a person who moaned a lot, " He'd complain if
he was hung with new rope" Compliments to you Tom Brady, you gave us pleasure and inspiration.
And compliments to your team mates as well.

Since being virtually housebound and my local library closed to regular check out bring home activity I got the Kindle app on my laptop. I have been a library rat for over 70 of my 83 years and I find the whole Kindle experience to be wonderful. I can browse to my hearts content and never leave home. I can resize the print or even change the angle or the brightness of the screen. All this available at a very acceptable cost (I purchase the books I can't find to check out) and by dealing mostly with local folks known to me. Bravo Kindle
