To get to where I took the shot at the mountain top monastery, it's a drive on a narrow road traversing the mountain. To get to the chapel you have to take a gondola higher and then walk back down. Have no idea how they did it in the 1600's. Beautiful location. Thanks for the compliment!
Thanks Paula. Wish it had been a prettier day but just to be there was amazing.
Took this at Montserrat Spain. Not a beautiful day but at least I got a shot of the chapel built into the side of the cliff.
Thanks for your help. I'll keep shooting!!
Thanks Greymule, I appreciate the comment and encouragement.
Thank you. I'm not familiar with Perfectly Clear. As I look at them both there doesn't seem to be much difference but I haven't blown them up either. I do like the beams coming through the glass. As I'm sure you know, the photography learning curve is huge but I'm having a good time experimenting. I'll keep submitting my shots for advice. Greatly appreciate yours! Rob
I captured these in Sagrada Familia Church in Barcelona Spain last month. I found the lighting amazing as the sun was coming through. I'd love suggestions on improvement editing. I did very little in LR.
Thanks Susan. I definitely want to go back!!!
Really appreciate your comments. Originally I saw the ship but then realized the view these residents have and wanted to show that! If your eye saw the city, then landscape then ship I guess it accomplished what I wanted. As I continue to learn, I'll be more conscience of the saturation. Thanks again!
Thanks, I reposted it. Should be able to download! Appreciate it!
Thanks, being new here, do I have to repost for other to be able to download?
I've been enjoying learning the art of photography and editing. I'm shooting with a Nikon D600 and using Lightroom. I've been shooting just over a year now. I took this as we looked back on our ship in the harbor of Nice, France a couple of weeks ago. Would love comments or suggestions.
