Great! I like the "weed" too. They can produce beaitiful blooms. What is the definition of a weed anyway?

I love the B&W images. It's just like going back in time. The background (nothing modern) makes it look even more authentic, as if they were taken years ago but with today's technology. Great job.

Excellent shots! Give yourself a pat on the back and frame a few of those for the office! Would look good in a series or a collage! In my opinion...

Thanks Dwayne50021!

Sunfish, so very crisp and clear. the bird is frozen is space and time!! What speed etc. did you use?

The purple fringe curse is CA, chromatic-aberration. The source is explained here:
http://mansurovs.com/what-is-chromatic-aberration
There are some built in actions in edit programs to minimize this effect. Getting rid of CA is explained here.

Forgot to thank you for the chromatic aberration edit programs. I don't use that lens very much anymore because of that problem.

Thanks. I have to confess I used the action preset "running man" ..... F/5.6, 1/2000, ISO 200. This was a couple months ago before I've learned how to use P, TV, and AV. Lately I've been using TV @1/1600 but may crank that down some after comments I've read on UHH.

Do you think they are cropped properly?
