American Sycamore. Very common in lowland Riparian forests along the rivers and creeks of the midwest. Females were indeed close by observing :)

Thanks to all for the advice. I work outside in windy Kansas a lot so dust is a part of life. I appreciate all of the input.
This might have been posted before so excuse me for repeating.
No matter how hard I try to keep my cameras clean, I always end up with dust in the view finder and sometimes on the sensor. I do my best to change lenses indoors, hold the body upside down, etc.. But still....
Any advice?
And advice on cleaning. I have Nikon bodies
I was just commenting to my wife that I need to have the tripod handy... The moon just peaked out for a few minutes as clouds rolled by. I hand held the camera and was fortunate to get a good shot. Thanks for looking!
I will read up on gigapixel... I am just a newbie with photoshop and tried sharpening but did not get much difference. Quite a trick just to learn PS
Beautiful Bird! All of the construction is running our wildlife off. Things have changed so much over the last 40 years here. Used to be wheat fields and woods right out our back door....
What did you use to process? I like to get opinions on post processing
