I can not help but notice 90%+ of the people in the photo's are over weight.

I use spot metering, 1/2500 sec, AF in A1servo mode, half press SR and follow the bird.

I use a Sigma 170-500mm on both my Canon and Nikon camers for wild life, both are AF lens, as i have two cateracts on my eye's.

I dont see anything in the list for Britain, or see the figures for the number of Americans killed in your country by guns.
Britain has very tight gun law's, and the police never used to carry guns, it is just in the last few years that they have formed specail armed units, because Britain is becoming more and more Americanised.
