I'm pretty new here but by no means new to forums or photography. This post leaves me with a bad taste and a perhaps unfavorable opinion of several of the above members.

I love my 5D2 bought for $2,400 in March of 09 when they were new on mkt. This place quotes $1059.00 for new 5DII with US warranty. They are closed on Saturday so could not check it out. Often times prices such as this are gray market and the US warranty is not a Canon warranty. Just question them carefully before sending $$ to make sure you will be happy.

Hi Stef,
It looks like you had sun shining into your lens. When in that situation I use anything I have, hat, hand, magazine, piece of scrap wood laying around etc. to block the sun from above the lens. If you can not be looking in the viewfinder to make sure your shield is not in the shot just look at the shadow over the lens and make sure it just covers the top of the camera and lens.
