Ok, it is here again. Free Sunday is ready to receive any of your photos you been wanting to share but no challenge matched you subject matter. Yeah sure go ahead and post any left overs you didn’t get posted to any of the previous subject challenge. We’d all like to see them!
I’ll get it started with these just to get this going.

Good day Larry Busy here getting ready to move to Idaho. Alzheimer's is slowly interrupting my daily life. New meds are great help. Photography helps me.

It is with sadness that I share with you the loss of fellow UHHer "Lorima" (Lorina Michelle Adkins) on August 13th. Many in this thread knew Lorima and her distinctive photo style. She was only 57 and had battled cancer for many years. She was born in Christ Church, NZ, and lived in Colorado with her husband and two sons (of whom she often spoke or posted). Lori was known for her love of family, baking, flowers, horses, nature and her photography. She was a sweet soul who came up with some extremely creative images and always an encouraging comment on the posts of others. As I recall, she also loved Disney World and traveled there with family during a time of remission.

In May 2022, Lorima hosted a challenge on birds. I had been reviewing the 2022 challenges and realized I'd not see Lorima in quite a while so, as one of her FB friends, I went to her page and that's how I learned she had passed. I searched through her UHH posts and have selected several of her images that are testament to her talent and some of the subjects she loved.

Thursday - many of you are in the middle of a blizzard. We expect heavy rain coming in tonight with very high winds corresponding with astronomical high tide - not a good combination. Power outages are a given. It has changed some of our plans which means I need to leave the computer and tackle a storm and Christmas list. Starbursts for this morning...

Pat well done
