I have Luminar 3 installed on 2 Pc's. It takes up a lot of space, so I tried to uninstall it from the control panel, as usual, but it won't uninstall. It wants to install again. I have never had a problem like this before. Has anybody else had that problem? I'm using Windows 10, 64 bit.

I agree. I have used ON1 for several years. I just downloaded ON1 Photo Raw 2019 couple of weeks ago. It has a lot to offer. I have never had that first problem.

Hey Jerry. I have used Portrait Professional for years, and I still do. I'm using Portrait Professional 15 right now. 17 is out now. I would recommend it. It is like any other retouching program, if you don't like the way they look...change it. ON1 Photo Raw is another program I use for retouching.

I have used ON1 Photo Raw-2017 for almost a year, and I love it. Now ON-1 Photo RAW 2018 is out, and it is great. I'm finding I don't even need LightRoom, or Photoshop any more. If you are a ON1 Plus member, you will have access to all of there tutorials......which are great.

I use ON1 for most everything. I love it. Today is the last day you can order it for $79.99. After today it will go back to over $100.00. This is the ON1 Photo Raw 2018. Good luck. The full version will be available at the end of October.
