The sky has been photographed the way it appeared in real life. I don't use "sky replacement" software. This was early evening as the sun was starting to descend = yellow hazy sky here in the foothills.

Nikon D700 and Zeiss Makro-Planar 100mm f2. A dear friend is letting me use his D700 and Zeiss lens. I had the D700 many years ago-- but sold it to get into the Sony RX1R. I always regretted selling this camera-- not that I didn't absolutely love the Sony, I did, but the D700 was such an excellent workhorse of a camera. Plus, IMO and it had that extra special sauce in the IQ department.
I can't wait to get some proper landscape shots with this combo!
