It is a lovely image and should be framed well and on your wall.

I'll have to give Luminar another try. I found it to be very unstable and lacking a lot of features (compared to the Mac version) when I tried it late last year, and again in the spring.

Hi CaptainEd! I have heard the Windows version (which I am using) is not as good as the Mac one. I understand, however, there have been some improvements so it might be worth another try :) It has not yet let me down! lol

I've been using Luminar and have no intention of renting anything from Adobe. That said, terrific photo.
Not sure what the wolves are fixated on but its apparent it has their undivided attention.

Thanks very much, TBerwick! I looked at what Adobe had to offer but so glad I went with Luminar :) This was taken at Parc Omega in Quebec, so these are captive wolves who were patiently waiting for their turn to be fed :)

I too like Luminar, however, I have a tough time getting the photo out of Luminar in Jpeg format so I can use the finished product. Does anybody have a good procedure for transferring the photos in and out of Luminar?

I couldn't figure that out at first but if you follow the steps as outlined by MMC, that will save a JPEG for you.

I also have gotten good results with my limited use of Luminar.

Same here! I've reworked some other photos using Luminar and I've been very impressed!

Very nice picture. Can you show it before PP and tell what you did in PP?

Thank you, MMC! I will try to add the original to this reply. I can't recall the exact steps I used...I just manipulated the sliders until I ended up with what you see :)

I use a variety of photo processing applications (Photoshop Elements, Luminar, DXO Photolab, etc). Luminar is a good product.

Your images are very good.

Thanks so much, Largobob! I've tried Paint Shop Pro, Nik Collection, Gimp...and I agree, Luminar is good!

I have been using Luminar for over 9 months, and I prefer it over LightRoom

I've never used LightRoom...but I hear it's a steep learning curve. After using Luminar, I can't see ever switching to anything else!

I've been reading many positive reviews of this editing program so I thought I'd give it a try. I've always liked this photo but was never quite satisfied with my attempts of its editing. For a hack like me, it's a very reliable and pleasing program to use :)
